Overview

The search function will search file names, metadata (i.e. tags or information fields associated with each asset) and even inside PDFs. To refine your search, use the slider icon in the search field. You will be presented with various options to narrow your search.

Simple

Enter a single word and the search will find all assets tagged with that word. Multiple words will find all assets that have any of the words.

AND, OR, NOT

Combine two or more search terms to narrow your search.

Example 1:


This will find all assets tagged with "Brack" and "Westwood".


Example 2:


This will find all assets tagged with "Mosport", but exclude any with the word "speedway".

Exact

A phrase in quotes will search on that exact phrase.

Example:


This will find all assets tagged exactly with "Mosport Speedway" and exclude references to the road course.
